The Sale of Clyde Agriculture
John Swire & Sons Pty Ltd has announced it intends to sell its agricultural business in Australia, Clyde Agriculture Pty Ltd. Clyde Agriculture has been 100% owned by John Swire and Sons since 1988.
The company owns and operates quality rural holdings in northern NSW.
Chairman Bill Rothery said the Swire Group is divesting Clyde Agriculture to concentrate on the core business of the company, which is increasingly in the transport, logistics and industrial services sector.
