The Sale of Clyde Agriculture

John Swire & Sons Pty Ltd has successfully sold Lakeside, Wingadee, Netherway, Pier Pier, Merrimba and Oxley in recent months and will continue to seek buyers for the irrigation farms at Bourke, Bundemar Park and Wirribilla.

Chairman Bill Rothery said the Swire Group is divesting Clyde Agriculture to concentrate on the core business of the company, which is increasingly in the transport, logistics and industrial services sector.
